Which aspects can show the stability of pneumatic valve debugging!!

In recent years,pneumatic valve has become an important part of regulating the pressure and balance of water flow system.Therefore,both the regulating system of air conditioning system and the water balance system of water supply pipe are consulting and ordering good pneumatic valves.After ordering,pay attention to debugging its stability during installation,which can be judged from the following aspects:

1.The deviation comparison between the measured flow value and the design value before and after commissioning.

It is an important tool for adjusting the flow rate and heat balance of each branch of fluid pipe.By comparing the deviation between the measured value of water flow before and after commissioning and the expected design value,the smaller the calculated flow deviation is,the higher the stability is after commissioning,and the better the balance of control flow proportion is.

2.Water system imbalance trend line analysis.

The pneumatic valve can be used in the regulation process of air conditioning water system.By drawing the corresponding water system trend line before and after adjustment,the stability of the air-conditioning water system can be preliminarily judged.In the imbalance trend line can be analyzed,the more flat the trend line trend,the better the adjustment.

3.The frequency of electric control valve is high or low.

The stability of the pneumatic valve can also be roughly judged by the regulating frequency of the electric control valve.For buildings with high height and large span,if the stability performance cannot be judged by the regulation of individual control valves,the regulation frequency of the whole working area can be determined.
