How to maintain the pneumatic valve?
In the mechanical operation,the pneumatic valve plays an important role.Its use should not only be technically excellent,but also ensure the quality.This requires the necessary maintenance and maintenance of the pneumatic valve,and the valve maintenance needs to be treated with a scientific attitude,so that the valve maintenance work can achieve the desired effect and application purpose.
Precautions for routine maintenance of pneumatic valve:
1.The valve shall be stored in a dry and ventilated room,and both ends of the passage shall be blocked.
2.Valves stored for a long time should be inspected regularly to remove dirt and apply anti rust oil on the machined surface.
3.After installation,regular inspection should be carried out,the main inspection items are:(1)wear condition of sealing surface.(2)Wear of trapezoidal thread of stem and stem nut.(3)Whether the packing is out of date and invalid.If it is damaged,it should be replaced in time.(4)After the valve is repaired and assembled,the sealing performance test shall be carried out.
Precautions for use and maintenance of pneumatic valve:
1.The purpose of operation and maintenance is to prolong the service life of valve and ensure reliable opening and closing.
2.Stem thread,often with the stem nut friction,to paint a little yellow dry oil,molybdenum disulfide or graphite powder,lubrication.
3.For valves that do not often open and close,the handwheel should be rotated regularly to add lubricant to the thread of the valve stem to prevent seizure.
4.For outdoor valves,the valve stem should be protected against rain,snow and dust.
5.If the valve system is mechanically waiting to be moved,add lubricating oil to the gearbox on time.
6.Always keep the valve clean.
7.Always check and keep the integrity of other parts of the valve.If the fixed nut of the hand wheel falls off,it should be equipped completely and can not be used properly.Otherwise,the four sides on the upper part of the valve rod will be grinded,and the matching reliability will be gradually lost,and even can not be started.
8.Do not rely on the valve to support other heavy objects.Do not stand on the valve.
9.The valve rod,especially the threaded part,should be wiped frequently.The lubricant that has been soiled by dust should be replaced with a new one,because the dust contains hard debris,which is easy to wear the thread and the surface of the valve stem,affecting the service life of the pneumatic single seat regulating valve
