Performance test method of pneumatic valve!!

Operating mechanism:

1. The opening and closing direction of pneumatic valve should be closed clockwise.

2. Since the pneumatic valves in the pipe network are often opened and closed manually, the number of turns of opening and closing should not be too much. Even large diameter valves should also be within 200-600 revolutions.

3. In order to facilitate the opening and closing operation of one person, the opening and closing torque should be 240n-m under the pipe working pressure condition.

4. The opening and closing operation end of pneumatic valve shall be square tenon with standardized size and facing the ground so that people can operate directly from the ground.

6. If the pneumatic valve is buried deeply and the distance between the operating mechanism and display panel from the ground is more than 1.5m, long rod facilities shall be set and fixed firmly to facilitate people to observe and operate from the ground. In other words, the valve opening and closing operation in the pipe network is not suitable for well operation.

Performance test:

1. When a certain specification of the valve is manufactured in batch, the following performance tests shall be conducted by the entrusted organization:

(1) The opening and closing torque of the valve under working pressure.

(2) Under the working pressure condition, it can guarantee the continuous opening and closing times of the valve.

(3) Detection of flow resistance coefficient of valve under the condition of pipeline water delivery.

2. The pneumatic valve shall be tested before delivery:

(1) When the valve is open, the valve body should bear the internal pressure detection of the valve working pressure value.

(2) When the valve is closed, both sides bear the working pressure value of the valve respectively without leakage; however, the leakage value of the metal sealed butterfly valve is not greater than the relevant requirements.
